THERE ARE BETTER PRACTICES TO BEST PRACTICES

There is a famous fairy tale that begins like this: once upon a time, there was a rabbit and a tortoise. The contest continued. A tortoise, which is slow, began to chase the rabbit in a slow manner. However, the rabbit, who is fast, had run for some distance and then slept in the middle. Due to its lazy nature, the rabbit considered itself to be the most intelligent. However, it ultimately lost to a tortoise who viewed her as better and it pursued the race consistently until it won.

Consequently, the question is whether or not best practices are more valuable and significant than better practices at any given time. Is it possible to achieve best practices without being a perfectionist at first? Is it possible to have consistency in our daily life to do best practices? What is the reason to go on for improvement? Why are best practices required? What are the implications if we only sit with being the best? How can best practices be?

Better practices refer to any practice which consistently improves on a daily basis. whereas best practices refer to a practice that is perfect and there is no scope for improvement.

By the above story, it is proved that in every instance there cannot be best practices and at times, the best practices will become counterproductive when accompanied by overconfidence, negative attitude, and so on.

It is not possible to have best practices refer to a practice that is complete and there is no scope for improvement.

It appears from the above story that there are not always effective practices. Some of the best practices become counterproductive when coupled with overconfidence, a negative attitude, etc.

It is not possible to have the best practices at all times. For instance, Lata Mangeshkar cannot be a great singer on her first attempt. Sachin Tendulkar did not do a century in his first game. Savitri did not do make her film debut. Amitabh Bachan was rejected for films. He was told his voice was not suitable for acting. As thAs the saying goes, "not everyone is born a leader, but the skill can be learned".As a result, to become best practices, the skills must be consistently mastered.

For a successful practice to become the most effective practice, it must be handled with unmatched compassion, dedication, dedicated work, determination, perseverance, and patience. According to a statistic, if work needs to be done correctly, it can be counted as 1 for 1 year because (1)*365=1. However, if 0.99 percent of the work is done, (0.99)*365=0, it approaches 0. This explains the fact that a person has to be consistent and disciplined to turn a successful event practice into a superior practice. The smallest atomic steps would lead to the most effective and efficient practice.

There arises the fundamental question. What drives a person to be consistent in his improvement? Motivation, satisfaction, positivity, passion, and genuine interest in a man's work will drive him to be committed to a task and move on regardless of obstacles. No matter what challenges lie ahead, a positive attitude should never be lowered.

People on earth can't always be consistent with their passions, which makes them fall and ultimately prevents them from succeeding. If they give up too soon, they will never succeed. Along with that,” Success is not a destination, but it is a journey”

Best practices are desirable since they help a person grow internally and externally. By doing so, they encourage the person to be more resilient and to put in more effort. , to contribute more to himself as well as to society. People who have lofty and ambitious goals will work much harder and achieve greater success than a person who has a smaller goal. By adopting best practices, products are designed in an efficient and accurate manner, thus helping people live happier and more comfortable lives.

In the above story, Rabbit waits for the best practices to appear themselves, or even when he is the most efficient, he becomes lazy. In that case, the most efficient practices would never happen and eventually, he would fail repeatedly. In that case, society would default to seeing him as a failure. Let us say one wants to write an article but does not write it as he believes the article must be excellent. In this way, waiting for the optimal solution makes things even more complicated.

For this reason, it is imperative to be positive, consistent, and disciplined to turn existing practices into best practices. The old proverb "practice makes perfect" should never be ignored. And while striving for excellence, never compare yourself with others, and never expect results. The Bhagavad Gita says, "Do your best and expect nothing in return". This relieves one of the stresses of success. As Abdul Kalam said to the youth, "If you strive for excellence, success will chase you." Follow your dreams, your passion, and your satisfaction. However ineffective the initial practice is, it will eventually become the most effective practice and bear fruit. As with the story, be the tortoise rather than the rabbit in your life.
